This is a simulation of the "Hamstrung Squad Car" game, a classic pursuit-evasion problem in game theory. A squad car (blue) tries to catch a crook (red) on a grid. The squad car moves twice as fast but can only move forward or turn right, while the crook moves slower but can go in any direction.
